First you need gage manifold to check the high and low pressure side to determine AC system work...second most of people if feels there no AC on them car they add 134a to the system and they don't know if the system over charge or may be there is leak on the system or blend door actuators get stuck on electric problems or mechanical. .so my advice need to go the AC mechanic shop to diagnostic. ..thank you

Sounds like it may be low, which would indicate a leak
