I have a ford 500 no charge ibread all about it but i disconect the plug not the wire the plug and it charges normal i plug it back in and it read 11.88 unpluged 13.7 and new battery and second alternator. Any one have anything im almost broke and pulling my hair

According to my info, it seems rebuilders have a tough time getting ford generators, correct. It's not uncommon to get a faulty one right out of the box. If you want a wiring diagram for charging system, I will post it. Any applicable trouble codes related to charging system? I can only help with testing.
