Can i use delo 400 15/40 in my 05 ford five hundred

Yes is it ok that my wife used my delo 400 15/40 in
my 05 ford five hundred the other night? It was low
and she used it out of my trunk while she was out

15w40 Delo is oil made to use in a diesel. I would NOT use it in your gasoline powered Ford. Also it is the wrong grade. Topping off your existing oil with it probably won't bother anything, but other than in an emergency I would not use it.
