can not get any electrical power

ok I have a 2001 ford explorer sport v6. it has set for a couple of months I changed fuel filter and had to drain tank because it had gotten stuck in water and mud and sat there overnight then was towed out. I changed plugs, all fluids, and filters also changed the power pack. Now I finally am trying to finish it up but I put a new battery in it and can not get any power and yes the battery is good, I get no interior lights, dash lights, head or stop lights, any sugestions?

Check the main fuse,under hood in fuse box,30 amp,may have blowed due to water.

ok i'll check and keep fingers crossed that it is that and not the computer.

My Ford Explorer died while I was driving. Not getting any power to coil pack crank sensor or fuel pump help
