Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My mother owns a 1993 Ford Tempo Gl 4 cyl. The car has worked fine to the best of my
knowledge. Last driven 3 days ago and was fine but when she tried to leave yesterday the
battery had to be charged but the headlights WILL NOT turn off! Car will still start since
charged. What is causing the headlights to not turn off?? Please help!!

Try replacing your headlight relays. They are inexpensive. Around 15-20 bucks. If head lights are still on after changing the relays, I would suspect that your main switch has failed and it's stuck in the ON position.
