Sounds like the engine died. Without more information I can't say why. Is the CEL on?

Does the engine spin when the key is turned. Make sure the battery has a charge. My 2004 developed a dead battery one morning. Since I was nosed in on a single car driveway I decided to push it back so I could jump it off. The car would not come out park. Learned if the battery is completely dead or at a low enough discharge it will not come out of park.
