Either a thermostat, air pockets in the cooling system, low coolant, plugged heater core, or blend door actuator. Check the heater hoses, if one side is hot & the other hose cool, possible plugged heater core. Some times back flushing may take care of it.

One other thing I forgot to mention is the heater valve may not be working to allow climate control. I believe it works off of vacuum. It would be in a heater hose.

This happened twice to mine. First time was the radiator, second time was a cracked thermostat housing.
