It's spliced into a few other wires there I'm not sure exactly what ones. Weird if it is a GPS tracker. I just came across it while trying to install a remote start

When I bought the vehicle everything in it was stock. No aftermarket parts or anything. Original stereo and everything which didn't have GPS

The previous owner may have installed it or maybe the dealer did if you financed the car through them.
