Put a new battery in after car would not turn over with original battery. Battery
gives no juice to anything. Dead new battery, or something else? I've heard
about a master fuse in the firewall that runs with the positive cable, but I don't
believe it's the alternator because usually thats a progressive death lol.
Anyone with experience with Ford trucks I would appreciate any feedback.

First, use a multi-meter set to twelve volts and check the battery. If less than 12 volts, it's bad. Check all connections on the battery itself making sure there is good contact and corrosion free. Now check ground wire (black) making sure the ground connection is solid. Do the same for the positive terminal. No power to anything is usually a sign of a bad connection somewhere. Some vehicles have fuse-able links on the battery cable. Use the multi-meter to check for 12 volts past the link.
Ok thank you. I replaced the battery and checked everything was good. So the truck died while driving this morning which can only lead me to believe i have to replace the alternator.
Did you check the voltage of the battery with a meter? If the battery is low, substitute a battery you know is good and start the car. Check the alternator with a multi-meter, it should read 14 volts or a little more with a good fully charged battery.
If you find the alternator is bad, charge the new battery you purchased with a battery charger. Do not try to charge the depleted battery with the alternator. Newer alternators have electronic parts. You can ruin a new alternator by trying to charge a dead battery with it.
Ok charged the battery replaced the alternator still no start... help!!
