Air conditioning compressor

My air blows hot when I cut on he heat but it
blows warm when I out it on cold....I tried
adding freion....used half a can but it kept
shooting back out....what can I do to resolve
this issue....I live in the high desert and it's
hot hot out here and I have asthma....please
help me thank you

First, the system is overcharged. Bring it to a shop and have it properly diagnosed. Unless you have a set of manifold gauges and a vacuum pump, along with the knowledge to use them, there is nothing you can do personally.
