Question type: General

Hatch only opens from outside, which is broke. I can open the glass part of the hatch,
which really don't help me.

If the latch is broken it can't be opened for regular use . More than likely the electrical motor has gone out or the cables have come off somehow. It will need to be looked at by a mechanic unless you're savy with tools. The back hatch panel will need to come off to look at the components.
