Misfiring cylinder

I have an 02 ford escape xlt 4x4 with the 3.0lt v6.
Its misfiring on cyl 2 and 6. Ive replaced the plugs,
coil packs, coil connectors, and fuel injectors. It's
still missing. Any other ideas?

Check the compression on the 2 and 6 cylinder,sounds like you may have bad valves in the head,

Have your electrical system check if you changed all that stuff did you reset the system with the battery so that it resets everything
