headlights on passenger side will not go on

both my headlight and emergency lights on passenger side will not go on. I have tried new bulbs and fuses but they will not light. i noticed that my headlight went out first. about a week after my emergency light went out too.

You either have some broken wires on that side or no ground wire connected.
