2006 mustang 4.0 change belt now won't start

I have a 2006 mustang with 4.0 I changed
serpentine belt and now she won't start she
crank but won't turn over battery is good
everything's good I don't understand

Do you have the belt routed properly? Did the old belt break and damage some wiring or a hose?

    So everything electrical including windows,radio, gauges, lights, they only work when its being jumped. It will stall if i try driving it and it wont start on its own is that the alternator?
