My AC unit on a 2005 TrailBlazer works when it
wants to it may work today it may not any
suggestions please thank you

low refrigerant can cause the compressor to cycle on/off. You can gamble on one of those cans of AC-Pro to add more refrigerant or take it to an AC shop and let them diagnose the problem and top off the refrigerant.

Also have the orfice tube filter or being a 05 may have expansion valve replaced may be getting clogged.
