I am the poster of this question, In reading found that the IAC (Intake Air Control) was the problem. I disconnected the IAC plug, cranked the engine & it was slow to start then smoothed out. I also found the CTS (Coolant Temp Sensor) was shorted so the ECU (Car Computer) had no temp data to trigger the IAC operation.
