When my car is running, it shuts off, and it
only does this whenever i push the break
pedal or turn on the headlights, jebsttery is
only a fee months old. What can cause
this?

You may have a bad alternator. Should take the vehicle to a garage and have the charging system checked to see if it is working. This only takes a few minutes to do.
