2004 silverado 2500hd 6.0 low oil pressure

Hey i have a 2004 silverado 2500hd with low oil
pressure with a compressure test it reads at 10 psi
at idle and goes uo to 30 psi at 2500 rmps i
replaced the cluster, sending unit and oil pump and
it still reads low 10 and sometime 0 idk what to do
theres no noises in the engine and runs smooth
