My truck is a Chevy Silverado 2500 hd with the 6.0
when I try to start it, it turns over and doesn’t want
to full crank I tried jumping it off and nothing it did
the same thing and I also just changed the
crankshaft position sensor... so I’m puzzled on what

The starters for these things suck. I replaced two last year alone. Pull the starter, you dont even have to jack the truck up. Crawl under by the right front tire, wiggle forward a little and you will see the starter, its two 13MM bolts that hold it in and two wires on solenoid terminals to remove, walt till you drop the two mounting bolts to take these off (Before starting job disconnect battery or you WILL short across the start terminals taking them off. ) WIth the mounting bolts removed you can position the starter to easily get at the two electrical connections on it, one is small and the other is 13MM like the mounting bolts. Take it to a local parts store and they will bench test it for free, chances are its toast. Buy the cheapest one available, its a gear reduction starter so they are about 100 bucks on a good day, leave old one with them as core, its worth $35.00. Enjoy :)
