Tires locked

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2005 chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. This has
been an excellent truck, until now. Just had
the master brake cylinder & brake booster
replaced. MAYBE a week later made horrible
sound as if I were dragging a piece of metal...
SOOO.. had it towed to local reputable service
center & had idle arm pitman arm tie rod
replaced. Got it back 2nd time and the wheels
locked up. Luckily I got into the parking lot of
a frequented store that wont tow off and as
mentioned wheels no spin. I hooked my
dodge to it and it just slid as if in park.  Tried
putting x-case in N nope. Same crap nothing.
Plz help cause now dodge is down. Think
chevy was contagious and out of vehicles.
Lol.

Okay this is an edit if there's another way to do this please tell me and I will fix it but after the brake booster cylinder and master brake cylinder were fixed then that was because of a wobble after they were placed that the wobbling stock and then a week or so later which was 2 days ago now is when I heard the sound like dragging metal
