What is the factory idle speed for 2004 z71 with 5.3 engine?

I bought my 2004 Chevy z71 new with the 5.3 liter engine. The idle was always
good at stop lights until about 6 months ago. It now barely idles at 500 rpm at
stop lights and has actually quit running once in a parking lot. There has never
been a check engine light nor is there any problem with acceleration or highway
speed and passing... the problem only exists at idle.
I've had the throttle body (the fly-by-wire’ system)  cleaned professionally by
machine to no avail. I took it to a Chevy dealer and they said everything was
fine even though the tach often shows rpm between 300-500. Prior to this
taking place, I always thought the rpm was around 600 but Chevy dealer says
not so, it should be 500 rpm.
My question is what's causing the slow/low idle at stop lights?

600 TO 700,is normal,check the tps,

I had same issue, remove the air intake from the front of the manifold where your flapper for air intake is. Manually open flapper and hold open with clean rag, being careful not to lose any threads or contaminants into injection system. Take brake cleaner or carb cleaner and spray the flapper and housing. Wipe all the carbon out with a rag. Repeat as many times as needed to get clean . Then put it all back together and I bet you will feel like your truck is new again.

Word of Caution. Do Not open throttle body (flapper) by hand on Tps wire trucks. Messed up computer and Tps memory. Mine 2011, I made mistake cleaning body , without taking whole unit off. Get someone ; Key on, NOT RUNNING to hold gas pedal down just enough to clean Throttle body. Not Tps. Or disconnect Neg. Cable battery and remove Whole Throttle Body assembly to clean best. You run risk of ruin body or reprogramming your computer by dealer. SOME TRUCKS will reset by driving few days but high idle and hard on vehicle. TPs and newer ones are too dang sensitive. Lot of info on Silverado/ Gm blog about this. If you aren't throwing codes& no engine light on , it could be worn parts or engine
