Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is no spark. Coil is new and ignition control module tested ok. What else could be causing this issue? What can I test?

Might be a classic crank sensor issue. Some of those are real buggers to get out. You might be able to do a basic ohm test but I think to know for sure a scope would have to be used. I assume you already tried to scan for codes if possible. Good Luck!

when it died it was just that.. it died and wouldnt restart. Crank sensor makes sense. I was wondering if there was a relay or fuse that could cause the issue or if it coukld be anything else.

Absolutely check your fuses and relays. If it was mine I'd load test the battery as well and look for any crackly crunchy wiring given the age but my dime is on the crank sensor for now. Good Luck!
