troubleshooting high idle/1994 ford ranger 2/3L

started after sub zero temps an immediately had extreme high idle that makes truck do
38mph without touching pedal. have cleaned iavc and maf sensor

I would also check for vacuum leaks. Specially the pcv tubing. Some ford models have hard plastic tubing going to the pcv valve. This tubing tends to become brittle and break.
