i have no water flow in my heater hoses flow.

Are you saying that the fluid is not flowing into your heater core? Or do you mean that no fluid is circulating from your engine through the radiator hoses?

Try flushing the system, in particular the radiator, make sure you have flow through it. Pull the heater hoses and flush the heater core, and see if you have flow through that as well.
