my son bought a 94 ford ranger that cranks but wont start

94 ford ranger wont start we have changed the fuel pump, starter, relays, both coils,
ignition control module sprayed starter fluid into the intake, but, still wont start.  What else
is there ? It is getting spark because we got it started once or twice, then about 5 minutes
it seems to just die out. like it lost it's fuel to run. It is a four cylinder 2.3.

Does it try to start when you spray it with starter fluid? If not it's a spark or firing issue. Have you looked at the plugs and plug wires?
