My 94 Lumina Van stalls same way, now won't start at all.

My 94 Lumina Van first started idling very fast.  A few days later, it would stop and
start and go again.  After a week of this it finally stopped and wouldn't start again.
  Replace gas filter.  Gas comes to the checking value.  There is spark.  Plugs have
good gap, but are dry.

May need to check fuel pressure,just because you get a little out at fuel rail doe,s not mean you are getting the correct amount of fuel pressure,i think your car call,s for 35 psi,if there is not at least that amount your injectors want take the gas correctly,showing sign,s of what you described.Check fuel filter,s and probably replace your fuel pump,,,Good luck with it
