Why does my car sound kind of like a helicopter?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1994 Ford Explorer that started to sound
kind of likeeping a helicopter yesterday at speeds
between 50 and 60 MPH. It sounds to me like the
whole engine is rumbleing. Can anybody tell me
why and how to fix it?

I don't think it is the radiator fan clutch. Unless when that seizes up the whole car shakes. It starts at 50 MPH gets worse at 55 MPH and the kind of stops at 60 MPH
