Will a 265/60 18 tire on the stock outlander Phev 18 inch wheel fit the 2023
Outlander Phev with any issues.

It looks like your car came with 255/45R20 tires. If you try to fit an 18" rim on that, it will interfere with the brakes if it goes on at all. Never go to a smaller rim, and keep the tire diameter and tread specs the same as original.
