i replace motor on my 2007 for other similar 2.4 ., now did not want start i need any sugestions ? please

I install 2007 motor (used but good condition )2.4  after check all still don't wants start is look like computer need reset ?

We start the diagnosis with a Scan Tool.....Digital Volt Meter......And 12 volt test light. Absent such tools.....you might consider checking for loose or disconnected wiring and connections. when you turn the key to the ON position.....do you see the Check Engine light on at the dash?

Last update on my project I take to mechanic shop and the charge 200 dollars for fix car now star they say was a lot cables connected on wrong position any way is lot money with out my mechanic experiencie
