Steering wheel jerking uncontrollably

<90,000mi. Steering wheel shakes violently @ 70mph and continues. Wheels are aligned and tires are balanced..........

Check motor/transmission mounts. Also check suspension (ball joints, control arm bushings, ect)

Obviously you need to slow down until the problem is resolved. As stated above an inspection of the front suspension is called for. A Road Force tire balance can solve difficult tire balancing issues.
