miss firing engine light stays on

Lexus 2009 miss firing so I had all sparks plugs and cylinders had tune done did not fix problem. Check engine light stays on and while driving at any point light will start flashing I have to put car in neutral and turn it off and restart it. but it will do it again through out my whole trip. car also makes a noise that sounds likes it needs a new belt but I'm this car has a chain I don't.

you should scan for codes and get the definitions , are the injectors firing normal ?
scan for code done it reads cylinders are still misfiring.

check your power to your injectors and coils make sure it is getting accurate power just had one in my shop that was doing the same thing and the lady had everything changed but still countinued to miss fire come to find out she had a short in her wire harness that was causing improper feed power which waqs causing hers to misfire, her check engine light would flash as well but fixing the harness fixed all of the problems she was having
