Thanks so much. It's at 72,000 miles. Definitely going to get warranty. I don't do much freeway driving but daily commute is less that 10 ,miles. I thought 2010 transmissions had no problems, that's why I stayed away from 08-09.

My wife has a RX400H and always uses regular gasoline which is recommended in the handbook. The engine is made for regular gas, the higher grade will not make any difference except it will lighten your purse just a little bit. I have had no issue with the transmission or anything. I have 135K or so miles and she refuses to part with it.

I would not buy a RX 350 of any year after reading all the problems the owners have. Actually I would not buy another Lexus. Hundai with 10 yr warranty is an alternative.
