Broken USB port

My USB port stopped working. It won't even show
up on as an audio choice. I have a 2013 Lexus RX
350. I tried replacing the fuse, but I'm not even sure
I did the correct one. The book is very confusing.
Any ideas?

i have a different problem, one data stick will work in the usb port and the other wont- brand new data stick, so what is the problem
