How to reset front seat ventilation / heat after overheat ?

I have RX 350 2014, just today I don't feel the front seat heat ON even turned to max
heat. The ventilation still blow the air even I turn both side knob control to OFF position.
What I have to do ?

2014? I would take back to dealer. It should not have overheated for any reason. They should fix. IMO anyways.

The seat heater isn't done by the ventilation system. Its done by a heating element thats placed between the seat leather and the seat cushion. The cooling seats are done with the ventilation system. Take it back to the dealer!
