Cd Player door stuck open and an error 4

I have a 2005 lexus rx330. I know alot of people have had trouble with the cd player in this model of car. My cd player door is stuck open ad ive tried to get it back down but nothing is working. I don't think there is any cds in the player but because the door is stuck I can't load any cds. It also flashes error 4 when i turn the player on. Please Help!

The only thing I can recommend is remove it from the dash and open it up. Most likely the mechanic for the tray is broken. Good luck fixing it. Id purchase another Used one that works off ebay or a salvage yard, or upgrade to a new bluetooth streaming unit from crutch field.com
