Front dome lights 2002 lx470

Wondering if there is a way to make the front dome lights come on when opening the
doors?

Bulbs are good as lights go on when operated at the light switch, door switch works as the center and rear dome lights go on when door is opened, the two front dome lights will only go on widen manually operating them with their individual light switches left and right Thanks

I have a 1999 lexus lx470..i recently noticed the red light next to the clock is blinking when i turn the car off..it looks like a triangle w/a line thru it..what does it mean?
