How Do You Reset the TPMS Monitor on a 2007 Lexus LS 460?

Every winter I change my All Season tires and install Winter tires. Both sets
have their own set of rims so it’s an easy DIY task. However, I cannot reset
the TPMS monitoring system as there is no reset button where the manual
says there should be one. Therefore unless I take the car to a service centre
to have it reset I have to drive the car around all winter with the warning
system indicating a problem. The problem resolves itself every Spring when I
reinstall the All Season tires/rims. Any suggestions short of taking it to a
dealer or other service centre and being charged for something I SHOULD be
able to do myself?

Just call the dealer and ask. Many of these systems need a special tool to reset.

Unfortunately that’s what I was doing and it costs ever time. What I’m trying to understand is why the manual indicates there is a button under the dash to the right of the steering column but there is no such button to be found. Hence the cost from the dealer or tire centre.
Too bad your dealer is an asshole. You have the owners manual there's a phone number in the back to report these guys call the number they will help you clear this up, Many independent shops have reset equipment as well it'll only cost you a phone call, I'm serious about reporting your dealer for not giving you info for free if the factory guys tell you a tool is needed let them know about the misprint in your manual

Thanks. I was considering reaching out to the manufacturer to get an explanation for the discrepancy. I will indeed reach out to the manufacturer.

Any tire shop should be able to help you out. The one you bought the tires from might not charge you anything,

They use to but recently started charging $49. It's not important enough to pay $49.00. I find it extremely frustrating that a functionality I'm supposed to have I DO NOT.
If you do pay again make sure they show you how to do it!

They use some sort of hand held device and wave it around the valves of each of the wheels. I usually end up going back because it doesn't always "take". They repeat the procedure then go into the driver's side of the car and look around UNDER the dash. I'm assuming their looking for the computer port for the analyzer. However, they never plug anything or seem to actually touch anything but the monitoring systems starts to react as expected within minutes. However, ever since the tire company has started charging even though they told me that since I purchased a set of tires from them there wouldn't be a charge. That only lasted 3 years. Now they want $49. I'm not willing to pay. I intend on following Mike's recommendation and will be contacting the manufacturer directly.
Yes, It used to be the tire monitor reset came free just like the oil change interval reset, As you can see no one has to bust ass to do this.
