Lexus ls400 '94 security system won't work

I put some fuses in my Lexus ls400 after I
blew out a few of them that made my locks
not work nor inside lights or door lights but
when I put the fuses in everything came
back on but I noticed that when I locked my
car my security system never popped
on,why is that??please help

There are times when you lose power to the car such as battery dies or you replace the battery and in some instances when you blow a fuse as you did, you will need to reset the anti-theft system and this will need to be done at the dealership...
