Trunk full of water?

Asked by Pegeen Jan 05, 2013 at 07:49 PM about the 1994 Lexus LS 400 RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought this car for our son at an auto auction.  When we opened the trunk it was full of water, had been sitting in their lot for a while.  I understand there is some kind of drain in the trunk that may be clogged?  How to fix that?  Other suggestions for cause and repair?

Sunroofs have drains. If it has a sun roof, start looking there. Go to www.clublexus.com and see if any members can help you out.
