who to get a b-16a1 top dead center

I have a 1991 Honda CRX Si. I motor swap so the motor is a b-16a1 head and a b-18a1 bottom end. My question is how do i make such that its top dead center to change my head gasket?

the piston that is closest to the timing belt is cylinder #1 if the head is still on the car bring the piston up on compression stroke take a long thin screwdriver and slide in down the spark plug hole and watch the travel of the handle ones the screwdriver reaches the highest point of travel on compression stroke you know ur at tdc to double check and make sure your right on compression stroke check the timing marks on the old belt to make sure there where they have to be
