I get a clicking in the dash in cold temps when the car hits 40-45 mph.  It gets faster and louder as the speed increases but goes away in warmer temps.  What could cause this?

Yes as far as I can tell. IT is quite noticeable at speed and passengers agree it is coming from under or behind the dash. I sounds like a dry speedometer cable but this car does not have one. IT is all electronic.

My thinking would be the heat control knob on your dash. The coil spring controlling the heat inflow may be reacting to the cooler temperature but relaxes when warm.

Hello. I also am getting a ticking this winter during cold weather....2 rounds of ticking almost like something is pulling or lagging in the dash...seems more toward the driver's side...and then stops...I've heard a few times now just as I have started it in the cold...is still under warranty I'm sure but a pain in the ass Plus honda kamloops has awful fear monger tactics that I would rather avoid If I had an idea of what it is.....it would be easier to explain where they should start. My honda is a 2018 crv exl

Hi Guru2L3CR , did you ever get tick CRV ticking sound in the dash resolved. The same issue has started in my 2017..
