2005 legacy gt no power

I have a 2005 legacy gt that I just put in a brand
new vf52 turbo and replaced the timing belt and
took the screens out so the turbo can't starve. But I
have no power and the car putters. Plz help

Sounds like someone erred while "puttering" around furing the job. Check all connectors around the fuel and vacuum sensors, as well all electrical harnesses.
