Humming noise at high speed

My Toyota Innova type mpv makes humming noise
at 45 to 50 mph. And at that same speed the noise
stops when I release my eccelerator pedal and
starts back when I press the accelerator and
maintain the same speed.

You can use soundproof cotton on your engin...
