03 mazda tribute

I have an 03 mazda tribute and when all plugs are checked
they have fire to them but you can tell 2 cylinders are
missing firing. What could possibly cause it to do that? It
diesn not show any codes whatsoever

Could be a coil pack problem. Sometimes they will not throw codes right away.
