Need my refunds ASAP to buy a car

Car dealer Sterling McCall not refunding full payment for the car I bought which
he refused to ship to me. Promised to refund in vain

Threaten to sue, call the DA or go there in person and demand the refund.

If you paid with a CC, contact them for help.

Unless you have an agreement in writing that says the Dealer will ship the vehicle to you, the shipping costs and arrangements are your responsibility! Visit uship.com for a free shipping quote. Hope that helps! Jim
