Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a new ford expedition and the air motor comes on but heat never comes out, only
cold and luke warm air. The thermostat has been changed, their is no problem wit my
heater cord as far as I can tell, but still my truck isn't blowing heat. How do I get to the
problem to fix it??
