What type of problems does a datsun 280zx with a s20
engine have?

That engine is stock as it did not come in the 280ZX. This is a racing engine and probably pretty rare and valuable. I suggest finding a forum dedicated to such cars.

I dropped the "not" in front of "stock" in my first answer. I hope you caught that. I would find a 240Z body and install that engine to make a Z432 replica.
