How to make a complain towards dealership?

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with a dealership, just wonder how
can I make a complaint. The car manufacturer  Rep can't help me at all. So how
Do I make a complain towards dealership? other than BBB, Alberta Motor
Vehcle Industry Council and Motor Dealer's Association of Alberta Any
information will be appreciated. Thanks

If Nissan will not help you all you can do is complain to the BBB etc. If this is criminal, contact the law.
