I wanted to put 20s on my Mkz.
I was wondering if anyone could
tell if the ride would change.

Sure the ride will change. The ride will get harsher and more rough due to the thinner sidewall of the tires. The lower the profile of the tire the less sidewall flex you will have and the more harsh the ride.
