Sale process
Have successfully negotiated sale of vehicle with buyer, clicked the start buying
process, buyer has responded to Gurus but Gurus have not called me. All this
transpired on Monday 10/29. Can't find a way to contact Gurus - any
suggestions?

CarGurus will not call you. The sale is between you and the buyer.
This is the email I got from them when I clicked the button to proceed with the sale: Dear Elisa, Congratulations, Robert has accepted the invitation to buy your 2013 Ford Transit Connect! A representative from CarGurus will be reaching out to you within 1 business day to complete your sale. Best Wishes, CarGurus Team so maybe it's not a call but I've not heard from them at all - I just need to pay my fee.
